Here at Fly Yoga Arts we have a mission – a mission to guide the youth of communities nationwide to new heights. Our vision goes beyond the physical practice of yoga. When children FLY with us, they truly lift off! Students become a part of a trusting community where they can freely express themselves as they are. An environment where challenging yourself to become a better version is fun and engaging. A personalized experience where each student gets the attention and assistance they need to brighten their mind and sharpen their cognitive skills.
How Does It All Work?
Built on the philosophy of the FLY Five (Foundation, Fun, Focus, Freedom, and Fly), youth participate in a scaffolded curriculum designed to bring students into their personal state of creative expression and flow. This tested approach successfully creates a balance of play, and learning. Our mindfulness activities will result in youth developing the capacity for greater empowerment in their daily lives.
Where Do We Take Flight?
Based on the notion that we all have something positive to contribute, we believe in the power of partnerships. For this reason we strive to collaborate with schools nationwide; to find that balance between academic prowess and mental-well being. Through the integration of our programs into local schools, together, we can offer a more holistic model for youth development. Whether it’s incorporating small focusing exercises into existing classes, implementation of after-school programs, or blending curricula into summer camps, this innovative approach to education is sure to get your child off the ground and on their journey of personal transformation.
